MGM’s Training Program has been an integral part of our success. MGM Service Co. believes in an approach to training that concentrates on training the trainers, recognizing that the most effective instructions for cleaners occurs in the field. On the job training starts with detailed instruction in recommended procedures and sequences, with the supervisor demonstrating the process instead of merely talking about it.
